RedFlow CEO Chris Winter spoke today at the Australia-US Energy Dialogue in Century City, Los Angeles, hosted by the Australian Consul-General in Los Angeles, Mr. Chris de Cure.
The Dialogue was one of several events held for business leaders from the two countries during the annual “G’day USA” promotion for Australian companies.
Mr. Winter participated in ‘Energy Innovations in the Wider Economy’, a panel session moderated by Professor Stuart White, Director of the Institute for Sustainable Futures at the University of Technology Sydney.
Other panel members were Doug May, VP Energy and Climate Change at Dow Chemical Company, and Paul de Martini, VP Advanced Technology at Southern California Edison.
This event was part of RedFlow’s growing business development activities in the US including further meetings with electricity distribution utilities and government agencies. It follows RedFlow’s appointment of a US representative late in 2009.
While at the Dialogue, Chris also took the opportunity for discussions with Queensland Trade Commissioner Peter Beattie and his staff.
